• To serve the prisoners incarcerated in Prisons and Detention Centres through integral socio-pastoral care programme in an effort to rehabilitate them to experience love, care and support and be integrated into society; and 
• Provide moral, material and financial assistance to school children and families of prisoners and help in reconciliation of prisoners and addicts with their families.
