A significant moment of unity occurred as the Church of St. John Marie Vianney in Tampin handed over the Perjalanan Salib to the Church of the Divine Mercy in Shah Alam. This transition was marked by a closing Mass and a solemn procession, symbolising the shared mission of carrying the cross together. Tampin parish priest Fr. Albet Arockiasamy presented Bunga Raya plants to Deacon Philip Asirwalam and his team. These plants, which represent Malaysia's national flower and are featured on the Salib, serve as a living memorial. Deacon Philip then planted these flowers at St. John Marie Vianney, reaffirming the parish's commitment to the pillars of family, church, ecology, and society. The journey continued in Shah Alam, where the cross was reassembled, and participants crafted palm leaf crosses to begin the next chapter.
