Twice a year, priests and volunteers from the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur, as well as the Dioceses of Penang and Malacca, visit local prisons during Easter and Christmas. These missions offer Catholic inmates the opportunity for confession and Holy Mass. Recently, Archbishop Julian participated in an event hosted by the Catholic Prison Fellowship Association (CPFA) at Bentong Prison, where he celebrated Mass, distributed essential hygiene supplies, and provided spiritual encouragement. Also present at the event were Fr Terrence Thomas, Fr Clement Lim, Sr Patimmah, and the CPFA volunteers. The ministry is currently seeking dedicated male volunteers; interested individuals should contact President Audrey Freeman at 012 290 6353 for more details.
