Digital Wellbeing Seminar

The Women's Ministry of the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with SIGNIS Malaysia, recently hosted a vital seminar at Cahayasuara. Titled "Addressing Invisible Cuts: Safeguarding Our Digital Wellbeing," the event directly confronted the escalating challenges of our modern tech-driven world. Recognising the impact of constant connectivity, organisers created a space for participants to reflect deeply on the often-overlooked emotional, mental, and social tolls of digital reliance.

Through engaging presentations and interactive discussions, expert speakers highlighted the hidden dangers of the online environment. They offered practical insights on establishing healthier boundaries and protecting personal mental health.
